What's in the 14-day trial?
Everything an admin sees on a paid account, including all admin features, up to 100 invited members, and the full question bank. We require a card to start the trial — you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged.
Can I pay by invoice / bank transfer?
Yes — for teams of 10 or more on annual prepay. Email hello@cimapractice.co.uk and we'll send you a proper invoice with bank details. Standard monthly and smaller annual plans run on Stripe.
What if someone leaves the firm?
Remove them from the members page. Their seat is freed immediately, prorated against your next invoice. Their practice history is retained in case they rejoin.
Can I see individual question results?
No. We promise members (in the invite email) that admins see aggregate progress — sessions, mastery percentages, weak topics — but never which specific questions they got right or wrong. This is non-negotiable.
Cancellation?
Cancel from the billing page at any time. You retain access to the end of the current billing period. Annual plans pause renewals; no refund on the current annual period unless you cancel within the first 14 days.
